Deaffest returns to Light House, Wolverhampton for its 12th festival from Friday 12th – Sunday 14th May.
If you’re looking for a weekend full of stimulating activities, come along to Deaffest, which is taking place here at Light House Media Centre, Wolverhampton. The 12th annual festival will be celebrating the theme ‘Discovery’, inspired by Deaffest’s search for deaf talent from all over the world to bring you here in the UK, at Deaffest.

The festival will include:
Art & Photography Exhibition
– Film screenings from across the globe
– Late Night Deaf Party
– Premiere screenings
– Stalls Fair
– Performances, workshops and seminars
– Young Deaffest – film screenings and award
– The 6th Film & TV Awards Gala with live entertainment

The festival will present the biennial Film Awards Gala with film screenings from around the world together with a packed programme featuring events and workshops.
Deaffest supports and develops the talents of emerging and established deaf filmmakers and artists from the UK and around the world. The annual festival showcases films and documentaries by international filmmakers. Exhibitions, seminars, workshops, parties and networking take place at the festival and everyone is welcome to take part, sharing their interest in films and the arts.
