General In House Policies

Light House Management reserves the right in conjunction with licensing regulations and Light House policies to:-

Change programme details including cancellations & change of location of programmes to that scheduled or advertised.
Request suitable ID as proof of age for admittance to certain classifications of films/programmes in compliance with licensing regulations and also for entitlement to concessionary rates.
Prohibit patrons from taking cameras or video recording equipment into the auditoria and eject patrons found using any equipment for the purpose of recording material from the screening.
Only allow food and beverages purchased from Lock Works or at Box Office to be consumed on the premises.
Hereby inform patrons that CCTV & Video surveillance equipment is in use at all times in accordance with Data Protection Act.
Refuse admittance to/eject any patrons who are drunk or disorderly and who are likely to cause disruption to any performance.
Inform patrons that any request for refunds made after the ticket sale has been executed cannot be entertained (unless exceptional circumstances apply).
Ask any patrons that cause a disturbance during any performance or to other customers to leave the cinema without any recompense.

We do not generally operate a reserved seating policy and customers are requested not to block off seating using their own devices. Please contact management in advance if a particular situation requires a special seating arrangement i.e. for medical or health reasons etc.

Volunteer Steward seating at the back of the auditorium must always be kept clear and are not for customer use.

Customers who arrive late for screenings cannot be guaranteed seats together during busy shows even if tickets have been bought in advance.

Customers are advised to book tickets in advance for popular screenings to avoid disappointment when shows sell out.
