Following the latest advice from the Government, Light House has taken the difficult decision to suspend our programme indefinitely, with our last screenings taking place today (19.3.20). The remainder of our March film programme is postponed - we will be publishing a list of the changes to the special screenings and events on our next post. All of our community group meetings will also be suspended during this time.

We would like to thank our customers for their support at this time. Any updates regarding our reopening will be posted on our website (, on Twitter (@lighthousemedia) and Facebook.

Our box office will be closed after tonight, so we will be unable to be contacted on our usual number, but any queries can be sent via Twitter and our Facebook page and we'll try our best to address them as soon as possible. We are urging all customers to hang on to any advance tickets, as these will be transferable to rescheduled performances when we reopen.

As a charity, we depend on donations and ticket sales to enable us to provide our programme of films and events. As such, we would welcome any donations made in place of any tickets you would normally buy for the cinema at this time. We're calling it a 'Virtual Attendance'. Donations can be made through our website here.

Once again, thank you for all of your support and understanding. Take care, and we look forward to seeing you at Light House in the future.
